REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS 

Our Refund Policy is designed to establish a clear understanding of how and when refunds are granted. This policy aligns with consumer protection regulations to provide transparency and trust. Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product received was incorrect or not as described.

 

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Conditions for Refunds:

    • Refunds will only be processed for unopened, unused products in their original condition.
